FORWARD (SL) LIMITED is a private limited liability Company registered under the Companies Act No. 5 of 2009 (as amended) of the Laws of Sierra Leone with Company Number SL120717FORWA01857 and having 100% Sierra Leonean ownership. The shareholders of the Company are also the Directors and are all young, well educated, innovative, creative, research oriented entrepreneurs from various walks of life including law, Medicine, the life Sciences, Information, Communications and Technology (ICT), Research, Estate Management, Media and Public Relations, and Waste Management.
The Registered Address of the Company is No.05 Lamin Street, Kendeyama Section in Bo City in the Kakua Chiefdom, Bo District in the Southern Province of the Republic of Sierra Leone. This means that the Company is first of its kind registered, based and operating principally in the Southern province of the Republic of Sierra Leone.

Meet Our Directors
Joseph Morison Lamin is an innovative, result oriented and multi-disciplinary Sierra Leonean with over fifteen years of experience in Research and Technology.
He is a professional with broad experience and extensive knowledge in cross-functional IT project management, methodologies and techniques including but not limited to consulting, analyzing, designing and managing IT systems projects. Joseph has a vast experience designing and implementing surveys. He had collaborated with top scientists and agencies in and outside Sierra Leone in various research projects. He had authored several research papers published in renown peer review journals.
Joseph Morison Lamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education (B.Sc. Ed.) with Major in Biological Science (Njala University College, USL) and a Master of Public Health Degree with Specialties in Biostatistics and Health Informatics (Njala University). He is currently a PhD Candidate in Public Health with specialty in Health Informatics
He currently a lecturer at Njala University and also works works for a Research Institution in Bo, Sierra Leone.
Joseph lives in Bo, Southern Sierra Leone and is married with a son and a daughter.
Patricia Harding is a dedicated healthcare professional and public health specialist with a passion for improving healthcare delivery systems. She brings a unique combination of clinical nursing expertise and public health knowledge to her work, allowing her to address health challenges from both practical and systemic perspectives.
Patricia holds a State Registered Nurse (SRN) certification, demonstrating her strong foundation in clinical care and patient management. Building on this clinical background, she furthered her education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health, expanding her understanding of population health, disease prevention, and health promotion strategies relevant to Sierra Leone’s context.
Currently, Patricia is advancing her expertise as a Master of Public Health (MPH) candidate at Njala University, where she is developing advanced skills in epidemiology, health policy, and program evaluation. Her research interests focus on maternal and child health interventions within resource-limited settings, with particular emphasis on community-based approaches that blend traditional practices with evidence-based medicine.
Mohamed Sheriff is a Sierra Leonean entrepreneur and professional with vast knowledge in management and secretarial services. He holds a first class Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours (LL.B, Hons,) from Fourah Bay College, University of Serra Leone, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education (B.A. Ed.) with a major in Linguistics and a minor in English Literature from Njala University and a Master of Arts degree (M.A) in Descriptive and Applied Linguistics from Njala University.
He worked as the founding principal of a private Secondary School in Bo, the Every Nation Academy for over six years during which period he also served as the Conference Secretary of the New Harvest Global Ministries. He was also a lecturer at the Every Nation College of Administration and Theology (ENCAT).
He is currently a Corporate Secretary at a Management Consultancy Firm providing corporate secretarial services for both private and public liability companies across the country. He is vastly experienced and knowledgeable in the incorporation of companies, management of same and the development and management of records and documents of companies together with the filing of same and all statutory returns with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Sierra Leone.
